Work Packages
There are four main work packages:
1. Strategic Review of Current Practice
Database of European stakeholders, identifying good practice case examples and the identification of barriers to innovation.
2. Coordinated Lead Market Pilots in Partner Countries
Consortium meetings and national demonstration pilots (including stakeholder events with procurers and the supply chain)
3. Sustainable European Network
Establishing the LCB-Healthcare website, developing a virtual hub for European stakeholders, quarterly e-newsletters, web seminars and a European Conference. It will also include the development of a network of sustainability plan and coordination with other Lead Market initiatives.
4. Joint Activities
Good practice guide and European Joint Call for knowledge transfer and/or R&D projects
